Havelock police say Marcus Padgette, an employee of The Super Tire Store, is facing 68 felony counts. Those charges include 42 counts of trafficking opium.
Michael Hill, owner of the business, was charged with 17 felony counts that relate to the trafficking of fentanyl.
Police say they seized nearly $100,000 of the suspected drug, along with $10,000 in cash.
Police say they and the SBI raided the East Main Street business and a home on Stonebridge Trail after a nine-month investigation into fentanyl trafficking.
