Rural states getting hit with the opiate epidemic hard

Tracking prescription painkillers showed that the highest per-capita opioid death rates from 2006 to 2012 were in rural communities in West Virginia, Kentucky and Virginia, with more than three times the national average of 4.6 deaths per 100,000 residents. Thirteen of those counties had an opioid death rate more than eight times the national rate.

These are the same states where a black man better not get caught after sun down to this day , it comes a time that people need to put hate out of their hearts and come together and let's get this problem handled . One thing about drugs is that it targets all races of people , let's come together and end this epidemic .
