If you have been on Clark street after hours between Morse and Touhy you know that pimping and prostitution is totally out of hand and getting worse . The street are always lined with females and males dressed as female selling themselves like it,s legal to do so . New residence are starting to complain because the druggies are breaking into cars and the robberies are over the top , this has been going on for years and shall i say with a police station blocks away .
